The Regular Season will be held from March 6th through to October 25th. During that time every team will play 34 games
The winner of every conference will qualify for CONCACAF Champions League next edition and the team with most points during the Regular Season will be awarded with the MLS Supporters' Shield.
The six first teams from each conference (EAST and WEST) will qualify for the next round: MLS Cup Playoffs
Team #1 and #2 (in blue) will immediately qualify for the Conference Semi Finals while Teams #3 vs #6 (in yellow) and Teams #4 vs #5 (in yellow) will play for the other two spots in that round. Teams #7,#8,#9 and #10 don't qualifay for MLS Cup Playoffs.
The winner of the tournament becomes MLS Champion and will qualify for CONCACAF Champions League next edition.
LA Galaxy was last year's champion and they are also the best team in the MLS history:
